Mike Brady, a developer with 3 decades as a Commercial Real Estate Broker has gained acumen in the real estate industry.  Mr. Brady applies his expertise to help others fulfill their desires through real estate donations. Mike's expertise includes: brokerage, land, adaptive reuse and residential community development, historic redevelopment, city presentation and approvals, financing, tax increment financing, management of a 2.5 million sf family real estate portfolio, tenant  and landlord rep, tenant satisfaction, property tax valuation challenges, extensive due diligence, lease examination, all sides of deal negotiation, foreign land investment and development, deal structuring, consulting, and mentoring commercial real estate youth. 

Mike, happily married for 36 years, is proud of his 3 daughters and 3 son-in-laws, 9 grandchildren and a great granddaughter due in December. 

Mike, in Church leadership for 20 years, loves to encourage anyone into their gifts, talents and purpose.

Debra Baldwin serves as Treasurer to Action Man Ministries. Debra is also an Loan officer with 30yrs of experience working within the team of a leading broker. Debra specializes in the financing of challenging loans and is well versed in mortgage lending. Organized and diligent in the details debra is essentially the conduit of Action Man. Debra is inspired daily by her husband of 25 years and their three daughters and four grandchildren. Debra has been active in women's bible studies for years, attends a growing church and is happily involved in serving the greater community.

Craig Bagne serves as Action Man Ministries President. Craig Has been an entrepreneur in different markets for 25 years, owning a half dozen non-franchise businesses. At Action Man Ministries we believe one of the ways God's Kingdom will grow exponentially is through a market place full of successful christian businesses giving back to their community and beyond. God has called us all to do great things. Most of us don't trust our own abilities, but God...! We limit ourselves and never do that great purpose. Action Man is here to save that day. There is a plan and Action Man wants to be a part of it.

Craig is a servant and loves to help out those in need. And believes that faith in Christ, integrity and good business ethics are key to a biblical business calling.
